The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant or Administrator on a full-time basis to cover until at least March 2023.  Opportunities do not come along often to work within this fantastic organisation and build strong internal and external relationships. You will need to have lots of initiative, be proactive and approachable, work autonomously, plan and organise to an exceptional level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary, email and calendar management
  • Planning, arranging and organising meetings ensuring the agenda and minutes are prepared
  • Thorough international and domestic travel and accommodation bookings
  • Assisting managers and executives with scheduling appointments and events
  • Coordinating and prioritising actions requested of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Expense and credit card reconciliations
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to assist the Senior Leadership Team 
  • Other general ad hoc administrative tasks as required or requested

Ideal Experience:

  • Previous Personal Assistant or administration experience
  • Effective communication and ability to work well with all levels of internal management and employees
  • Advanced proficiency of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Work with high levels of speed and accuracy
