The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll own the Client Engagement function’s systems, workflows and administration, acting as in-house expert for the core banking platform. This role owns the end-to-end client journey, driving process improvement, quality assurance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workflows, priorities and performance of the Client Engagement team
- Own the core banking system, leading upgrades, testing and vendor liaison
- Develop and track operational metrics, SLAs and quality assurance standards
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement
- Conduct audits of client files, transactions and communications for accuracy
- Prepare operational reporting for the COO and Senior Leadership Team
- Build training programmes and documentation to reduce key-person dependency
- Support business improvement projects across systems, process and automation
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in banking, financial services or another regulated industry
- Strong understanding of core banking, CRM or workflow management platforms
- Proven track record delivering process improvement initiatives
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; strong analytical and reporting capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience developing SOPs, training programmes and operational reporting
