The opportunity – S&OP Manager
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain you will take ownership of S&OP and play a key role in driving Continuous Improvement and taking the company on the journey to S&OP and Best Practice Supply Chain Management.
- Manage and coordinate sales demand with supply and production inputs to ensure a robust S&OP plan is formulated and executed
- Develop, present and measure a rolling sales forecasting programme for the sales divisions.
- Enable better decision making, production optimisation and customer service levels through accurate and timely forecasting
- Full ownership of the end-to-end S&OP process across a multi-site national manufacturing network
- Change management and execution of the S&OP process
- Lead a team of Supply, Production and Demand Planners
- Drive improvements in demand planning, S&OP, systems, processes and procedures in conjunction with the Group S&OP Manager
Your collaborative style will enable you to partner with key internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance and direction and champion a robust S&OP process.
