Reporting through to the CFO, the Strategy Lead Partner is a business-critical, leadership position, tasked with developing and implementing business strategies which will grow enterprise and shareholder value. The primary responsibilities include:
- Leadership of a team of 5
- Strategy development and implementation
- Group-wide M&A
- Advisory to the Board, Executive, and SLT
- ‘Future proofing’ and new ideas
- Project related and ad-hoc tasks
This highly influential position demands a proven strategy executive with experience in consulting, advisory, and/or corporate. You will have a quantifiable track record of success and impact, within a large, complex corporate setting. Commercially astute, your knowledge and experience will extend beyond theoretical concepts to understanding the drivers of competitive advantage and success. As a trusted advisor to senior executives, your ability to influence will be critical to your success – The Strategy Lead Partner will interact with the Executive, Board, and broader SLT teams, who will look to you for guidance and decision support.
