A multi-national FMCG business with an impressive customer base and a substantial footprint in the New Zealand market. The business is able to demonstrate strong growth and an unerring commitment to Continuous Improvement and ongoing investment in their operations and people.
The business is focusing on supply chain optimisation and is now recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator who will provide support to the Supply Chain Team and take on future responsibilities in planning, forecasting and S&OP.
Working as part a key member of the Supply Chain & Purchasing Team, this role will be responsible for day-to-day supply chain administration and purchasing.
Your key responsibilities include, though are not limited to:
- Purchasing administration
- Supplier relationship management
- Master data management on Excel
- Preparing supply chain reports and analysis
- Supporting the supply chain team with demand forecasting, supply planning and S&OP
- The opportunity to be involved in Continuous Improvement projects
You will likely be degree-qualified in Operations or Supply Chain Management and have some practical experience in supply chain ideally, in an FMCG or retail environment. You will bring enthusiasm and energy and the ability to build and develop effective and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be equally as comfortable dealing with high volume transactions and carrying out reporting, analytical and planning activities. With a good eye for detail, you will be solutions-focused and eager to learn and develop.
