About the company:
Join a high-growth, innovative, NZ-owned and operated FMCG business with a full order book and ambitious yet realistic growth plans.

The business is well-established and is continuing to grow, driven by new products and growth in new and existing export markets. 

As a result of this growth, the owners are looking to appoint a Supply Chain Manager for the end-to-end supply chain and to improve supply chain performance and capability as the business continues to scale its operations (in volume and complexity)

About the role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will take on a broad scope of responsibilities including supply chain management, supply, demand, inventory, S&OP, purchasing, supplier relationship management a, reporting, analysis and Continuous Improvement. You will be experienced in analysis and reporting in a supply chain environment (with a preference in FMCG).

You will work closely with 3PL and Co-manufacturing partners, ensuring plans are executed and that inventory is available to fulfil demand across international markets. The ability to work closely with key stakeholders and to influence and manage constructive relationships is key.

As the business grows, there will be an increasing opportunity to adapt and improve the supply chain. This will likely include working with the CEO to identify and appoint additional co-manufacturing partners, likely overseas, to support and supply new and existing export markets.

About you:
To be successful in this role, you will likely have a thorough understanding of end-to-end supply chain management in a high-growth eport-focused consumer products business

Systems-savvy, relationship-focused, you will be passionate about achieving great outcomes, operating in a key role and supporting the business in its growth, as well as the hands-on management of daily supply chain requirements.

You will ideally be based in Auckland and predominantly on a WFH basis, five days per week. Some travel is required- initially to the Auckland-based co-manufacturer (perhaps once per week) and in the future, potentially to overseas-based suppliers and future co-manufacturing and 3PL partners.
