About the Role:
This role requires someone who is immediately available for an initial 3 month contract.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity within the inventory and purchasing teams. Your tasks will include conducting regular audits, reporting on master data accuracy and maintaining an up-to-date spare parts product catalogue with accurate item details and pricing. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives and help resolve inventory issues.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups); SQL/Macro skills are desirable. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or JDEdwards) is preferred. Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Access) and familiarity with data visualisation tools like Power BI are a plus.
- A solid understanding of supply chain processes and experience in data analysis/writing SOPs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A proactive attitude with a growth mindset and a desire to learn and improve.
- Full New Zealand working rights (Resident or NZ Citizen).
