Our client has a temporary role immediately available for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. You will use your friendly, easy-going manner and experience of Accounts Payable to complete the following;
- Deal with approvals
- Enter invoices
- Manage statement reconciliations and payments
- Manage Road User Charges, fuel cards and maintain the vehicle register.
- Answer calls and greeting customers
- Order stationery and couriers
- Organise travel and accommodation if required
To be successful in this role you need to have a knowledge of accounting systems with the ability to pick up new systems quickly, you will be organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail being extremely important for this position.
