Description

About the Company

We are partnering with a leading NZ FMCG organisation who operate a wide-reaching national logistics network. They pride themselves on Supply Chain excellence and have a core focus on continuous improvement to ensure optimal delivery, investing in both their people and their systems and always striving for best in class. With that in mind they are looking to onboard a superstar TMS Administrator to play a key specialist role – working across teams, processes and of course the system itself as they implement a bespoke TMS.

About the Role

As the TMS Administrator, you will play a central role in championing the organisation’s new Transport Management System and keeping it running efficiently. This hands-on role focuses on system administration, master data management and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and maintaining all things TMS.
  • Ensuring accurate and high-quality data for locations, carriers, and customers.
  • Supporting operational planning, scheduling and execution processes.
  • Liaising with internal teams, carriers and 3rd-party partners to resolve any system issues.
  • Assisting with integrations, reporting, dashboards, compliance and improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting user training, onboarding, and adoption of new system features.

About You

  • Proven experience working with TMS or similar transport/logistics systems.
  • Strong IT and systems skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and manage data accurately.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with a focus on supporting operations and enabling continuous improvement.
  • Pride and ownership in your work and understanding the importance it plays on the wider distribution operation.

If you are a systems-savvy, detail oriented professional with TMS experience and strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you. A fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in this space and wants to be part of something big.
