The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager is a key member of the site leadership team who will work closely with the overall Site Lead, to define and deploy the CI strategy.
This crucial role will provide an exciting opportunity to develop and lead the training on the use of tools to improve processes and assist in the creation of action plans, implementation and follow up to drive the business towards “best in class”.
To optimise engineering and manufacturing processes using Lean methodology by developing the structure and tools to; engage, build competence and empower colleagues to work in a Lean manner
The position holder will lead the development of Lean manufacturing processes, standardised work, problem-solving, value stream mapping and employee training and participation sessions
You will manage this in order to achieve departmental CI objectives and to develop talent to operate using lean tools, including but not limited to; PDCA, flow mapping, Kaizen, 5S

You will be degree-qualified and will have demonstrable manufacturing, CI/Lean and project management experience with a focus on engineering and/or food manufacturing.
You will also possess proven experience coaching and facilitating CI tools and methods in complex manufacturing environments.
