The Opportunity
This is a maternity cover contract for an experienced warehouse manager/leader who can step in and confidently lead day-to-day across warehousing and logistics. You’ll be able to demonstrate your ability and knowledge across systems and processes. As well as day to day team leadership you’ll be focusing on the performance of the warehouse. Reviewing and improving inventory practices, people, and process — ensuring output, quality, and service levels are maintained in this fast-paced environment. This role suits a hands-on leader who enjoys being close to the floor, leading teams through daily challenges while driving stability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
