The opportunity
The FP&A Systems Specialist will lead the roll out of the company’s new budgeting, reporting and analysis tool Workday Adaptive Planning. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, integration, and adoption of the platform, enhancing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the rollout of Workday Adaptive Insights, including planning, implementation, configuration, and post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and workflows.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of the implementation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the Workday Adaptive Insights platform.
  • Conduct data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the system to meet evolving business needs and enhance functionality.
  • Stay current with Workday Adaptive Insights updates and industry best practices to provide expert guidance to the organisation.

Your profile

  • Financial Planning & Analysis professional with experience implementing the Workday Adaptive Planning tool
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • SQL experience advantageous
  • Proficient in data analysis, data migration, and system integration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
