The opportunity
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients (post-acquisition) to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also identifying opportunities to drive revenue through additional products and services. This role acts as the main point of contact for clients, working to understand client needs, and providing tailored solutions, service and advice.
This is a key customer outcome role. You will ensure either our partner firms, or our direct partners have the best levels of service in the Tax Pooling industry.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Provide advice and solutions, and manage larger accounts for your channel
- Key point of contact for a portfolio of clients providing customer support, solutions and education on the company’s products
- Act as a Tax Pooling SME providing clients with technical advice based on their individual needs
- Build effective relationships with senior tax and finance professionals to be the go-to person for tax pooling advice
- Build account plans and strategies to ensure loyalty and value add to clients

Your profile
- Experience in Tax, Accountancy or Advisory roles with a broad knowledge of Tax Pooling
- Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to communicate effectively
- High EQ and attention to detail with a consultative approach
