An opportunity has become available for a Accounts Receivable Officer to hit the ground running and support the finance team for an initial 6 month fixed term contract as they embark on a system transition. 

The main duties include:

  • Set up of new customers
  • Timely collection of all debts & customer payments
  • Posting and allocating daily receipts
  • Cash collection schedule
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required

Required skills and experience

  • Previous credit control/ Accounts receivable experience essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills, verbal & written
  • Strong Planning and Co-ordination ability
  • Excellent time management
  • Flexible attitude
