An opportunity has become available for a Accounts Receivable Officer to hit the ground running and support the finance team for an initial 6 month fixed term contract as they embark on a system transition.
The main duties include:
- Set up of new customers
- Timely collection of all debts & customer payments
- Posting and allocating daily receipts
- Cash collection schedule
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required
Required skills and experience
- Previous credit control/ Accounts receivable experience essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills, verbal & written
- Strong Planning and Co-ordination ability
- Excellent time management
- Flexible attitude
