The Opportunity 
This 6-month Accounts Receivable contract will give you great exposure in a global company and allow you the freedom to work fully from home. Reporting to the CFO in NZ, the Accounts Receivable Officer will be sole-charge managing AR from the creation of the invoices by Supply Chain managers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Process and manage invoices: load into client portals, email to clients, and raise sundry invoices as needed.
  • Handle accounts receivable: receipt payments, reconcile accounts, and update cash flow for actual and forecast payments.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue payments: issue reminders and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain customer records: set up and amend details, and organise communications and emails.
  • Provide support for AP and other tasks as required.

About You
We are looking for an accounts professional with sole-charge AR experience. As this is a fully remote role, you will show strong initiative and will be able to work well independently. You will be a confident communicator and a keen problem-solver, enjoying the challenge of a sole-charge role. A can-do attitude is a must! Experience within a global organisation and with ERP systems is preferable.
