A well-established national supplier to the construction sector is expanding its South Island presence and creating a brand-new Account Manager role to support growth across the Southern Lakes region.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a growth territory with strong internal backing, genuine autonomy, and significant scope in an established industry.

The Opportunity
  
Reporting to the South Island Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of customers across the Southern Lakes district. This is a remote role combining strategic account development, new business acquisition, and trusted advisor-style relationship management. You’ll be supported by an established national operation, but success in this role will come from your initiative, resilience, and ability to create momentum in your market.
  
Key Responsibilities
  

  • Developing strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through to close
  • Delivering tailored solutions that add genuine customer value
  • Representing a respected brand in a competitive market
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

Construction or industry experience is not essential. Attitude, capability, and potential are.
