The Opportunity:
  
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead TPS into its next phase of growth and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies that align with market trends and organizational goals, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry advancements while upholding our core values: Delivering Results, Going Beyond, Sustainability, and People First.​
  
Key Responsibilities:  

• Leadership and Management:
• Provide overall leadership across the company, guiding the senior leadership team and managing key supplier relationships.​
• Assess performance against objectives and compliance measures, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.​
• Act as a liaison between senior management and the Board of Directors.​  

• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement business strategies aimed at fostering sustainable growth and profitability.​
• Oversee all business operations to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide strategic advice to the Board.​

• Financial Management:
• Set financial approval levels and oversee key financial decisions.​
• Develop and assess budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.​
• Collaborate with the CFO to optimize financial strategies and resource allocation.​  

• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety, financial, and employment laws.​
• Establish effective internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.​
• Oversee incident reporting frameworks and participate in audits to maintain compliance standards.​  

• Client and Stakeholder Relations:
• Act as the ultimate escalation point for client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.​
• Maintain strong client relationships to secure ongoing business and address service delivery concerns.​
• Enhance TPS’s brand narrative and market positioning in collaboration with external partners.​  

Qualifications and Experience:  

• Proven experience in an executive leadership role, as a CEO or Managing Director.​
• Strong financial acumen and experience in full EBIDTA management.​
• Excellent client relationship management skills.​
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment law.​
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving sustainable business growth.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple business units effectively.​
