The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll own the Client Engagement function’s systems, workflows and administration, acting as in-house expert for the core banking platform. This role owns the end-to-end client journey, driving process improvement, quality assurance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflows, priorities and performance of the Client Engagement team
• Own the core banking system, leading upgrades, testing and vendor liaison
• Develop and track operational metrics, SLAs and quality assurance standards
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement
• Conduct audits of client files, transactions and communications for accuracy
• Prepare operational reporting for the COO and Senior Leadership Team
• Build training programmes and documentation to reduce key-person dependency
• Support business improvement projects across systems, process and automation

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in banking, financial services or another regulated industry
• Strong understanding of core banking, CRM or workflow management platforms
• Proven track record delivering process improvement initiatives
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; strong analytical and reporting capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience developing SOPs, training programmes and operational reporting
• Alignment with Christian Savings’ values
