The Role

A rare opportunity to join a fast-growing consumer brand and take ownership of digital growth across NZ & Australia (with a strong focus on scaling AU).
This is a hands-on role suited to a performance marketer who loves data, testing, and driving real revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities 

• Own paid acquisition (Meta Ads focus)
• Optimise Shopify eCommerce performance & conversion rate
• Drive testing across creative, audiences, and funnels
• Analyse performance using GA4 (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
• Support lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo) to boost retention
• Scale digital growth across DTC and retail channels

About You

• 5+ years in performance/growth marketing
• Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Proven eCommerce (Shopify) experience
• Data-driven with strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS
• Experience with GA4 and lifecycle marketing
• Commercial, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
