The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Packaging Specialist to lead packaging development projects that balance sustainability, compliance, and presentation. Based in Auckland, with travel to production sites during key project phases, you’ll play a key role in how this world-class product reaches global markets. This is your chance to work at the intersection of innovation, food technology, and environmental impact — driving packaging solutions that reflect a premium brand and a planet-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead packaging development projects from concept through to commercialisation.
• Research, test, and implement sustainable packaging materials and formats.
• Ensure all packaging meets international food packaging standards and regulations (EU, US, Asia, etc.).
• Collaborate with design, operations, and suppliers to deliver functional and visually premium outcomes.
• Identify cost and waste reduction opportunities across packaging systems.
• Support continuous improvement in packaging processes and compliance.

What’s in it for you
