The opportunity 
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will take responsibility for end-to-end customer service account management effectively providing query resolutions and customer delivery to a diverse range of customers. You will play a critical role in the business both internally and with the customer,

Critical to the role will be your can-do-attitude, problem-solving and customer service skills.

Specifically, you will take responsibility for:

  • Claim and query resolution for customers
  • Problem-solving
  • Order processing and account management
  • Developing good working relationships
  • Using Excel (Advanced level) and ERP systems

The opportunity 
As a Customer Fulfilment Coordinator working within the wider Supply Chain And Customer Services Team team, you will process and manage the full quote-to-invoice process for B2B customers.

Key to this role will be the ability to communicate progress on orders to the customers and other internal/external stakeholders in collaboration with the sales and operations team.

This role is a key part in driving continual improvement processes to allow a smooth transition from order placement to delivery, to make sure on-time delivery improvements and customer satisfaction.
