About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition and revenue growth. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing while maintaining a healthy pipeline and exceeding monthly targets. This is a hands-on, consultative sales role suited for someone confident in solution-based selling and passionate about delivering value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct professional sales meetings and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and present tailored business proposals.
- Manage and update CRM records with clear notes and lead statuses.
- Develop referral and partner channels to generate new opportunities
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to support brand visibility and lead generation.
- Track pipeline, conversions and report insights to the leadership team.
- Stay informed on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales. Preferably in SaaS.
- Experience managing full sales cycles and closing mid-market deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with weekly targets.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- A collaborative mindset and a “solutions-first” approach.
- Confident, professional, no egos, just results.
