This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their payroll career. In this role, you will be managing a complex and interesting payroll of over 400, with the view to grow. As the company grows, so does this role with the opportunity to develop into a Payroll Manager position, taking on leadership responsibilities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the Finance Team.
- Manage weekly payroll of 400-450
- Process and encode timesheets using Xero and iPayroll
- Grant leave requests
- Code payroll-associated invoices
- Reconcile payroll headcount
- Answer payroll-related queries
You will have at least two years of experience in payroll, partnered with excellent communication skills and a hard-working attitude. You will understand payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment legislation, and have a passion for continuous learning. You will be adaptable and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment and will have a desire to grow your payroll career. Importantly, you will love a Friday catch-up and good banter with your colleagues, and thrive in an open office environment.
