About the position:
Reporting to the Sales Manager for NZ, this Sales Executive role is vital to Loscam’s growth, focusing on delivering a high standard of sales and account management activities. This position works closely with both the Sales Manager and Country Manager to ensure there are robust relationships are being built with every customer and the full end-to-end experience is best-in-class. The collaborative nature of the business mean’s they’re looking for someone who is confident with continuous improvement of processes and services that enhance the customer experience. From growth of sales, customer retention, servicing major accounts, and coordinating the supply of products and services, this role needs someone who is customer focussed through and through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers by achieving sales targets, minimise account loss, and sell benefits of Loscam service and products
- On the road sales focus working with customers, active in the marketplace four to five days a week to assess and understand the needs of customers and recommend product/service solutions
- Manage your territory sales budget, customer contacts and reporting for your territory
- Understand the administrative and financial processes and products associated with Loscam to be ensure your knowledgeable with customers
- Effective use of the CRM system to keep all customer information up to date
Position Requirements:
- A proven sales skillset within a similar environment or industry
- Ability to manage a sales territory and meet sales targets
- Show a commitment and self-motivation, with an openness to ideas
- Encourage and enjoy a collaborative approach to work
- Possess a passion for excellence and continuously seek improvement
- Comfortable with initiating change and influencing others
- Confidence and experience with CRM Systems, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with above average written and verbal communicative abilities
