About the Role:
 
Based in Christchurch and reporting directly to the National Manager – Loscam Fresh, this is a true new business development role focused on expanding Loscam’s presence across the South Island.
This position is heavily field-based and requires someone comfortable door knocking, generating leads, leveraging word of mouth and building relationships from scratch. You will identify and onboard new customers, nurture them through their first three months, then transition accounts to an Account Manager, allowing you to stay focused on hunting and territory growth.
There is a strong focus on manufacturing, produce growers and customers at the start of the supply chain rather than retail endpoints.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new customers across the full South Island territory.
  • Drive proactive prospecting activity and lead generation.
  • Build pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Nurture new accounts before structured handover to Account Management.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Loscam in market.
  • Manage activity levels, reporting and pipeline through CRM.
  • Operate autonomously while maintaining alignment with the National Manager.

 
About You:

  • Proven B2B sales experience with strong new business results.
  • Comfortable being on the road and highly visible in market.
  • Autonomous, resilient and self-motivated.
  • Strong relationship builder who can influence operational and management stakeholders.
  • Background in logistics, manufacturing, fresh produce or supply chain environments advantageous.
  • Based in Christchurch, covering the wider South Island territory.
  • Current driver’s licence required.

Credit Control Officer

Our client is a leading New Zealand organisation with a strong national and international presence. Operating at scale and known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and operational excellence, the business plays an important role in connecting New Zealand products to global markets.
Due to increased workload and a focus on strengthening receivables performance, a newly created Credit Control Officer role has been established to support the finance function.

The Role
This is a hands-on credit control position where you will take ownership of managing customer accounts and supporting the timely collection of outstanding debts. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve queries, manage credit risk, and improve cashflow outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end credit control process for a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Proactively contacting customers regarding overdue balances
  • Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
  • Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer risk
  • Reconciling customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing aged debtor reports and providing regular updates to management
  • Supporting improvements to credit control processes and procedures
  • Building strong working relationships with sales, customer service, and finance teams

About You
You’ll be an experienced credit control or accounts receivable professional who is confident managing customer relationships and driving collections in a high-volume environment.
We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to have proactive collection conversations
  • Excellent attention to detail and reconciliation skills
  • Good commercial judgement and an understanding of credit risk
  • Experience working with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities

Experience within a large or complex organisation, or exposure to export, manufacturing, or primary industry environments, would be advantageous.
