About Lydia

I focus on overseeing business operations, compliance and supplier relationships at Hunter Campbell. I manage an efficient team of Associate Consultant’s, who support each division of our business and keep everything running smoothly.

I place importance in ensuring our business support function reflects the professional, effective and collaborative nature we present to our clients, candidates and suppliers. Compliance is central to our business, as we ensure our clients can trust they are always receiving high quality, vetted and experienced candidates.

After completing my BA from the University of Auckland, with a one-year exchange to University College Dublin, I made my way back to Europe as soon as I graduated, initially working in Greece over the Summer. I then moved to London where I worked in a sales role before eventually moving into business support for a boutique recruitment company. I quickly became interested in the behind-the-scenes working of the business and moved into operations.

 

Life Outside the Office

Outside of work, my partner and I travel around New Zealand any chance we get, with a soft spot for the Coromandel. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, dining out and attending music festivals.
