As a Senior Consultant at Hunter Campbell, I specialise in recruiting high-performing sales and marketing professionals across New Zealand, with a particular focus on the FMCG and automotive sectors. I partner closely with clients and candidates to build commercially impactful teams, always prioritising transparency, honesty, and long-term relationships.

My background in sales gives me a practical understanding of what makes a great commercial hire. Before moving into recruitment, I worked in client-facing roles across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia, gaining firsthand insight into the drivers of business success. This experience, paired with a strong grasp of HR compliance and staff management, allows me to deliver recruitment solutions that are both people-focused and performance-driven.

In addition to my deep specialisation in FMCG and automotive, I’ve recruited across digital, product, insurance, and professional services. This breadth gives me the ability to adapt quickly and understand the unique needs of each business I support. I’m passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

Life Outside the Office

Being from Manchester and the youngest of three boys, sports and music are in my DNA. Supporting my football team (you can probably guess which one) is more heartache than glory these days! When I’m not at work, you’ll find me with friends watching UFC, attempting to improve my golf game, or at the beach.
