I’ve spent more than a decade helping businesses build great teams and supporting people through career-defining opportunities. What I enjoy most isn’t filling roles. It’s understanding the businesses behind them, what makes them successful, and bringing together people and organisations where both can thrive.

At Hunter Campbell, I specialise in supply chain, operations, and planning, partnering with organisations across a broad range of industries.

My recruitment career was built across the retail, consumer and FMCG sectors, where I partnered with local and global organisations to recruit across both field and support office functions. Earlier in my career, I held commercial, sales and operational roles across New Zealand and Australia. Having sat on both sides of the hiring table, I understand the realities of building high-performing teams, making critical hiring decisions and the impact the right person can have on a business. That experience continues to shape the way I recruit today, bringing a practical, commercial perspective to every search.

I enjoy getting under the skin of an organisation, understanding its people, culture and long-term goals, and providing honest advice and market insight that helps businesses make confident hiring decisions.
