About Erin

As Manager of the Sales & Marketing team at Hunter Campbell, I specialise in recruiting top-performing talent across sales, marketing, product, and digital roles. I’m passionate about helping businesses grow by getting the right people into the right roles.

My experience spans a broad range of industries, from high-growth technology and SaaS companies to professional services and FMCG brands. I’m proud to partner with diverse New Zealand businesses to build high-impact teams and provide advice throughout the recruitment process. I take time to understand my clients’ commercial goals and culture, enabling me to identify the talent they need to scale and succeed.

Before recruitment, I was Head of Talent & Development at a leading New Zealand tech company, focusing on marketing, product, and sales recruitment. My background also includes seven years as a litigation lawyer in top firms in New Zealand and Singapore. Experience that’s given me a strategic, relationship-led approach to recruitment, as well as a deep understanding of business.

I’m particularly passionate about the digital evolution of marketing and the opportunities it presents for both talent and organisations. With a strong network and cross-industry expertise, I’m driven to help clients build the sales and marketing teams that will lead them into the future.

Life Outside the Office

I have two cheeky and active little ones, Nico and Willa, who keep me busy.  My husband James, and two dogs (Barry and Hank), make up the rest of my immediate family.  We love to travel and are fortunate to have family who live in the Coromandel, Dunedin and Central Otago.  An ideal afternoon for me would be spent at a Central Otago vineyard with family and friends, enjoying a glass of bubbles or a good red and some delicious food.

I keep active (when I can!), and running is my ‘go to’ for fitness.  I occasionally dabble in the odd trail run or half marathon.  I love to read, enjoy a good horror or war film, and get to a live show when possible, whether it be music, comedy, or a film festival.
