Ken has a background with the New Zealand armed forces including a deployment running the Supply Chain for the United Nations in Angola. Ken then went on to the role of General Manager for Arthur Ellis where he was responsible for iconic kiwi brands such as Fairydown Adventure and Great Outdoors, including the manufacturing and supply chain functions. Ken’s first role in recruitment was as General Manager of Gaulter Russell, followed by a stakeholder role establishing and running the Supply Chain function of Numero. Having managed a complex trans – Tasman manufacturing and supply chain operation Ken is one of the few consultants who is able to bring real life experience to the recruitment process. He has recruited for some of New Zealand’s most well recognised companies over the last 10 years as well as assisting with the organisational development of effective supply chains.
Ken has been an active committee member of the Auckland Branch of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
Having three children keeps you busy but in his spare time he likes to get out on the mountain bike and head for the hills or into the water with the spear gun.
