Hunter Campbell would like to congratulate Shane McNabb on his recent appointment as Financial Operations & Systems Manager at Synlait.
Shane will be joining the 700 people strong team who work with over 200 milk suppliers at Synlait and will be responsible for monthly management results, integration of a new SAP implementation and maintaining strong financial controls. This is a key leadership role in a strategic and global kiwi success story who are determined to do the right thing for the planet and people.
Prior to joining Synlait Shane spent the previous 20 years of his career with Kimberly – Clark, a leading global CPG where he gained extensive experience across controllership, controls and compliance, internal audit, shared services operations, financial planning and analysis, system implementations, and process improvements.
Hunter Campbell underwent a search process to fill this role for Synlait. Knowing this was a company critical position and the candidate required large corporate experience with a continuous improvement mindset, it was clear from early on that Shane was well positioned to excel in this role.
