This is a unique opportunity to join a premium, PE backed New Zealand brand at a pivotal point in its international growth journey. As CFO, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping strategy, lifting performance, and driving transformation across core business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic finance, capital and operational budgeting, commercial advisory, and cost accounting
- Drive robust financial controls, risk management, treasury, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee group reporting, financial performance tracking, and Board-level reporting
- Ensure delivery of business growth, EBITDA, and cash flow performance
- Direct procurement strategy including supplier performance and contracts
- Shape and implement global strategies across Finance, IT, and Procurement
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of six direct reports
- Champion working capital efficiency, capital project evaluation, and insurance oversight
Core Competencies & Experience
- CA/CPA qualified with tertiary degree in Accounting; Finance or Commercial Law highly regarded
- Minimum 15 years’ senior financial leadership experience, ideally in a fast paced, global business
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to partner across supply chain and executive leadership
- Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery and team leadership capability
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and decision-making skills
