Hunter Campbell would like to congratulate Matt Bagshaw on his recent appointment as Chief People Officer at Airwork Group.
Airwork is a global aviation provider providing a fully tailored service from heavy maintenance and engineering through to operations and charter of aircraft. Having undergone huge growth, and with more on the horizon, Airwork group now have global touchpoints and is wholly owned by a listed company based offshore.
The newly created Chief People Officer role will see Matt set up operational policy and strategic HR practices, leading the People Team to develop an innovative HR agenda aligned with the overall goals of the organisation.
Matt was identified and approached by Hunter Campbell as the ideal candidate for this role and brings a strong leadership and strategic background to Airwork Group. He has significant experience in HR transformation both in New Zealand and offshore and proven executive level stakeholder management experience.
