As a Consultant in the Sales and Marketing team here at Hunter Campbell I have the pleasure of partnering with both clients and candidates on their recruitment journey. I believe in a genuine and transparent approach for positive outcomes and long-lasting relationships.
When working as an extension of your business I focus on adding value and problem solving while maintaining a high standard of efficiency throughout the process to make life as easy as possible for everyone involved.
Prior to joining Hunter Campbell I recruited in both the permanent and interim contract space for a global recruitment firm. My background in retail management and as a stewardess on the super yachts helped my transition to recruitment feel natural. It taught me to be adaptable, gave me an appreciation for strong client/crew relationships, hard work and staying calm under pressure!
Life Outside the Office
I was lucky to grow up in the Coromandel where I spent more time in the water than out of it – although I am shocking on a surfboard I love swimming, paddle boarding and diving when I can.
Nothing better than a barbeque in the sun with a few beers and games (Articulate!) The next day I will usually be unwinding in the sun with a good book, out for a walk or if the weather is average I will hide inside and watch a trashy reality TV show.
