I specialise in the recruitment of finance professionals across Investment Management and Investment Banking. I feel that success comes after the development of long-term relationships and in-depth sector knowledge.
I gained the fundamentals of my Investment Management recruitment knowledge from over 6 years of financial services recruitment experience from two market leading agencies in London. After this, I decided to make the move to an in-house recruitment position. I joined the Venture Capital FinTech firm VAUBAN at the Series-A fundraising stage where they were market leaders in the automation of fund vehicle structuring in the startup/private company investment space.
I thoroughly enjoyed the advisory part of this role, which gave me an invaluable insight into the challenges that face a financial services organisation concerning head-counts, hiring plan vs. budget analysis and the improvement of the candidate experience.

Life Outside the Office
I decided to relocate to Auckland, New Zealand after visiting friends on a holiday and fell in love with the country! My free time is spent travelling around and exploring new places that include wineries and great restaurants! I regularly stay active at the gym or in a yoga/pilates class.
