Hunter Campbell is delighted to congratulate Peter Ballis and Nathan Masters on their recent appointments as Principals, Strategy at IAG NZ. Their mandate is to provide insight, structure, and challenge; facilitate and enable senior leaders to make informed strategic choices aligned to IAG NZ Strategy; and assist leaders in articulating business strategy and where IAG NZ is going as an organisation. The Corporate Strategy team partners with the Executive and Senior Leadership teams, working on a variety of business-critical projects. These initiatives include NZ corporate and customer strategy development, portfolio analysis, M&A, and scenario planning. Peter holds an MBA from the London Business School, with experience at top top-tier global strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company working across consulting, strategic problem-solving, and business transformation. He is experienced in data-driven decision-making, with a proven track record of advising on M&A as both a consultant and lawyer. Nathan holds an MBA from the University of Otago, with experience at leading corporates Spark and Westpac working across corporate strategy, business transformation, M&A, and broader corporate development initiatives. He is an experienced leader who has managed high-performing teams.
