About Sindy
As Director of Sales and Marketing recruitment for Hunter Campbell I am proud to be delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes to the sector. I am most inspired and energized when I’m collaborating with businesses – building their talent and retention strategies through effective market guidance, and through clearly communicating their vision, and their story.
I am extensively networked within the sector and have strong affiliations with key industry partners and bodies. Prior to joining the team at Hunter Campbell, I worked at a global recruitment firm for eleven years building and leading teams of up to twenty employees recruiting across sales, marketing, HR, legal, operations and business support.
I have hands-on experience in the sales, marketing and communications sectors and eight years media and acting experience in the New Zealand and Indian Film and TV industries, including working as a live TV presenter and reporter on a show called ‘Flipside’ – a youth current affairs programme on TV2. In 2005 I was crowned Miss India World 2005, represented India in Miss World 2005, and have also acted in four Bollywood films.

Life Outside the Office
Life outside work revolves around my three children Zach, Kieran and Charlie and extended family. Personally, I love fashion, homewares, hiking, bouldering, pilates and baking. I love a good Netflix series, good food and conversations with my husband Jonathon and our close knit group of friends. My friends and family would say I’m warm, fun, spiritual, spontaneous and ambitious. I believe life is for being kind, brave and forever curious. I do my best to follow this mantra and instil good values in my children and my teams.
