Barbara Chapman, former CEO and Managing Director of ASB Bank, was awarded the inaugural Hunter Campbell Diversity and Inclusion Award, in recognition of her pioneering D&I strategies and unrelenting commitment to workplace equality.
This award seeks to recognise and acknowledge an inspirational role model from within the INFINZ membership who has proactively cultivated focus on encouraging and nurturing diversity, aiming to achieve equal gender and diverse representation at all levels.
