ClearPoint delivers enterprise-scale digital, cloud, data, AI, and software solutions through deep technical expertise and strong, trusted client partnerships.
Due to continued growth, ClearPoint is seeking an additional Client Director to help strengthen strategic client relationships, unlock new opportunities, and support sustainable enterprise growth across priority accounts. This is a senior, enterprise-facing role for a proven Client Director, Account Director, or senior Business Development leader who thrives in collaborative environments and builds trust at C-suite level.
About the role
As a Client Director, you will play a key role in ClearPoint’s client leadership model, working in close partnership with Engagement Directors and Technical Directors to ensure clients receive outstanding outcomes across strategy, delivery, and technology.
Rather than operating as a sole owner of accounts, you will act as a strategic relationship leader, focusing on understanding client priorities, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership, and ensuring ClearPoint remains a trusted, long-term advisor. This role suits someone who enjoys complex enterprise sales cycles, consultative engagement, and working as part of a unified leadership team to deliver shared success.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a senior strategic relationship lead for enterprise clients, partnering closely with Engagement Directors and Technical Directors to provide a holistic client experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and strategic priorities, ensuring ClearPoint’s services align to what matters most to them.
- Contribute to strategic account planning, executive reviews, and long-term growth strategies in collaboration with the wider client leadership team.
- Identify, shape, and progress opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support net-new enterprise growth.
- Support commercial outcomes by contributing to pricing strategies, proposals, and contract discussions, working alongside delivery and commercial leaders.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through trusted relationships, insight-led conversations, and proactive engagement.
- Collaborate internally with consulting, delivery, and technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs, solution design, and execution.
About you
You are a seasoned enterprise sales or client leader with a strong background in technology consulting and a collaborative mindset. You will bring:
- Proven experience engaging large enterprise organisations and contributing to the sale of complex technology solutions.
- Confidence building credibility and influence with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of revenue, margin, and long-term account health.
- A consultative, relationship-led approach, focused on partnership rather than transactional selling.
- The ability to work effectively in shared-accountability models, valuing diverse perspectives across commercial, delivery, and technical leadership.
- A values-driven approach, with integrity, trust, and collaboration at the centre of how you work.
