The Role
The position of AML & Compliance Analyst works directly with investors to ensure accurate and compliant onboarding, and that everyone receives an exceptional experience.
  
This opportunity will see you own the end-to-end investor onboarding process, ensuring compliance with AML, CFT, FATCA, and CRS. You will be the key point of contact for investor queries and support, working closely with colleagues in finance, legal, and the investment teams. This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role that sits at the intersection of regulatory compliance, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  
Experience required to be successful
We’re looking for someone who is careful and thorough, comfortable with New Zealand’s relevant regulatory frameworks, and who takes genuine pride in delivering a high-quality experience.
  
This role requires experience working with New Zealand legislation, including AML, KYC, and CFT requirements, along with strong reporting capability and the ability to clearly articulate insights and findings. You’ll be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service focus. A high level of attention to detail is essential, complemented by strong interpersonal skills and the ability to positively influence and partner with stakeholders, delivering a professional, customer-focused experience at every interaction.
