Hydroxsys is an exciting NZ CleanTech start-up with an innovative filtration product designed for a smarter way to re-use water.

The product creates a circular economy, enabling, on average, 95% retention of wastewater which maximises sustainability and significantly reduces the cost and energy to dispose of chemical rich wastewater.

Hydroxsys is backed by some impressive Venture Capital firms and Seed Investors and is now embarking on the growth and commercialisation of the company.
  
The opportunity
This role is a key strategic business partner to CEO and Board, and will support the business through the next phase of its development into commercialisation and further capital raises:

• Provide strong financial, strategic and operational guidance as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
• Scenario modelling on the financial risks and consequences of current & proposed business decisions; capital projects, strategy etc.
• Financial modelling and investor presentations to support a prospective Series A capital raise and beyond
• Prepare and coordinate budgets, forecasts and short/medium/long term business plans
• Monthly management reporting, performance analysis and cash flow forecasting
• Prepare financial statement and manage internal governance of the business
• Oversight of IT and HR functions

Your profile
CA/CPA Qualified with a broad background across all facets of commercial finance and accounting with tangible experience in business modelling for growth. A natural curiosity and commercial acumen are key.
Any experience with Capital Raising and/or IPO listing is highly advantageous.
