About the role:
The Marketing and Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development of Primepac marketing initiatives through data-driven insights.
The role will involve analysing customer behaviour, market trends, the competitive landscape and campaign performance to guide and optimise Primepac’s marketing strategy.
You will also be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities within Primepac, including elevating the brand positioning, overseeing digital marketing and managing third-party relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Collate and interpret data and insights from multiple a number of different channels which can then be actioned into cost effective marketing initiatives.
- Track KPIs and marketing metrics, providing regular performance reviews and recommendations for optimisation.
- Provide strategic direction, and implement end to end campaigns, including a full post-campaign analysis.
- Create, implement and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Utilise SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other channels to maximise online visibility and reach the target customer base. (Platinum / Gold / Silver / SMB)
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage and track the marketing budget.
- Manage agency and third-party partnerships as required.
Key attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Five+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in-house vs agency.
- Experience in the packaging industry would be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven marketing activity.
- A solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to help drive sales.
- Ability to oversee the creation and management of content across multiple channels.
- Effective communication and teamwork to collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Well organised with excellent time management – with the ability to handle a complex, shifting and varied workload.
