Joe Francis

Senior Recruitment Consultant, Supply Chain, Operations and Procurement

About Joe

Within our dedicated Supply Chain, Ops and Procurement team, I specialise across the warehousing, logistics and transport/distribution functions. Having recruited more generally both within and out of Supply Chain, over the last few years my focus has narrowed to ensure I can offer the network and expertise that allows me to act as a trusted recruitment partner to both businesses and individuals who have a vested interest in this space.

I believe the role of an effective recruiter is to take the weight of the process, working in good faith and with prompt and transparent communication – making life easier and outcomes better for both sides of the recruitment equation. I’m proud to have worked with some of the best in the business, and genuinely enjoy making those introductions that can tangibly impact a person’s career trajectory, a team’s potential, and a business’ capability in the logistics and transport space.

Having previously worked in both trades and offices, I began my recruitment career in the UK, pivoting toward Supply Chain on return to NZ several years ago. It’s an area that I’ve gained a huge respect for, particularly the people that work within and who ‘make it happen’. As fleets, warehouses and logistics practices continue to adapt with the times, my aim is to be the conduit that keeps the best connected with the best.

Whether you’re looking for the ideal talent, or the best opportunities for your next career move – I’m here to listen, understand, consult and work with you to get the result.

Life Outside the Office

Outside of recruitment – I’m still a people focused person. Someone who enjoys a hack around the golf course, any offer to get on the water, a good beer garden or a road trip away. If I’m not chatting recruitment or supply chain it will likely involve whatever happens to be on SkySport that weekend.
