Recruiting across the supply chain, operations and procurement market, I work with an assortment of small, medium and large enterprises throughout New Zealand. I am a confident communicator and build and maintain internal and external relationships with ease. Over the years, I have built a reputation as a trusted and effective recruitment partner.
In addition to being able to conduct a thorough head hunting exercise for permanent solutions, I pride myself on having my finger on the pulse with immediately available talent that can be used as an interim solution for temporary, contract or project-based needs. I can be relied on to quickly deliver shortlists with immediately available candidates.
With a BEd(Tchg) from Auckland University my background is in Primary School teaching. In teaching, you have a number of personalities, profiles and situations to navigate. I find recruitment has many crossovers with teaching, there are always a lot of plates to spin! I believe it is important that you understand candidate’s technical capabilities as well as the soft skills they bring to the table, so you can best match them with the right company and the right role.
I thoroughly enjoy meeting with both candidates and clients and getting a really good understanding of them and what they are about. Gathering an excellent understanding of candidates profiles as well as our clients driving factors enables me to find the best fit for both.
Permanent recruitment and providing immediately available solutions for temp and contract roles across: Supply Chain, Procurement & Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Warehousing, Production, Planning.
Life Outside the Office
It’s safe to say, I know how to be busy – but that is how I like it. I really enjoy spending time in the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. I have recently taking up jewellery making with different types of metals ie, silver, gold and rosegold and I have just become a marriage celebrant! I have a passion for mountain biking, hiking, fishing and when I can, being out on the water for water sports. In 2019 I joined the New Zealand Army as an Army Reservist. I am in 3/6 Battalion – Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment and partake in regular weekend training exercises.
