About the role:
Reporting to the Country Manager of NZ, this Business Development Manager role is a strategic sales role. This role will be responsible for generating some exciting commercial sales growth with some key segments. If you have experience in the Golf Course and Sports Turf industries, get excited about transformational technologies and have a knack for strategic business development, this could be the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client focussed communication and activity
- Build sustainable presence and profitability in NZ
- Execute strategic account growth plans for top-tier markets
- Identify and prospect for new business for the robotics category
- Meet KPI metrics and achieve budgets
- Effective CRM management and reporting
Key Attributes:
- 5+ years Business Development Management experience
- Direct experience within or servicing the Golf Course and Sports Turf industries
- Adept negotiator across various levels
- Truly listen to clients and deliver on their needs and expectations
- A skilled communicator – written, verbal or via presentation
- Systematic and disciplined, assisted by a care and detail to attention
- Financial and technical acumen
