About Sindy
As Director and Shareholder of Hunter Campbell’s Sales and Marketing recruitment division, I lead the strategic direction of our practice with a focus on executive-level recruitment across sales, marketing, general management, and CEO roles. I’m passionate about partnering with forward-thinking businesses to shape and execute talent strategies that support long-term growth and leadership capability.
My role spans strategic client engagement, executive search, and advising companies on how to build and retain high-performing commercial teams. I’m most energised when helping organisations articulate their story, elevate their employer brand, and find leaders who align with their vision and values.
With deep operational knowledge and extensive networks across New Zealand’s commercial landscape, I bring over a decade of sales and marketing recruitment experience, including 11 years at a global firm where I built and led large teams recruiting across sales, marketing, HR, legal, operations, and business support.
Before my recruitment career, I worked in sales, marketing, and communications roles, and spent eight years in the New Zealand and Indian Film and TV industries, including as a live TV presenter and reporter on TV2’s Flipside. In 2005, I was crowned Miss India World and represented India at Miss World, later appearing in four Bollywood films.
Today, I combine commercial experience, media expertise, and a passion for leadership to help New Zealand businesses find the right executive talent to take their organisations forward.

Life Outside the Office
Life outside work revolves around my three children Zach, Kieran and Charlie and extended family. Personally, I love fashion, homewares, hiking, bouldering, pilates and baking. I love a good Netflix series, good food and conversations with my husband Jonathon and our close knit group of friends. My friends and family would say I’m warm, fun, spiritual, spontaneous and ambitious. I believe life is for being kind, brave and forever curious. I do my best to follow this mantra and instil good values in my children and my teams.
