About the role:
We need an office administration superstar who can help in a variety of different ways to support with the education side of the business. 
  

  • Accounts – bank reconciliations, invoicing (creditor & debtors), chasing debtors (Xero and MYOB)
  • Supporting general manager with reports from the CRM system
  • Communications – inbox management, responding to parent enquiries, drafting letters and creating newsletters
  • HR administration
  • Organise company events
  • Document preparation
