The role:

As the Payroll Manager you will be leading a team of 2 Payroll Officers, the team will be based in Auckland but running the Australian payroll.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage the end-to-end fortnightly payroll for 1,000 + employees across Australia
  • Accurately interpret awards and provide advice to the business
  • Review and drive efficiencies on systems and processes
  • Lead and coach a team of 2 Payroll Officers
  • Maintain system integrity
  • Provide consultation on policies and compliance relating to payroll

About you:

  • Minimum of 5 years payroll experience
  • Strong understanding of Australian legal framework
  • Knowledge with PAYG and superannuation legislation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
