As Managing and Founding Partner of Hunter Campbell, I am proud to lead this team of specialist recruiters and all-round amazing people in creating good chemistry for candidates and clients.
Helping foster and grow the best talent in the market and seeing them matched with great businesses is a big motivator for me. It’s about thinking strategically and commercially – while always focusing on the people. This is how we bring the most benefit and enhance the sector as a whole.
I am also committed to growing our amazing culture here at Hunter Campbell and helping bring out the best in our people – because when we work better together, we get better results. We are Incredibly proud of the culture we have fostered, our truly collaborative approach, and the Integrity we bring every day.
Before I helped establish Hunter Campbell, I worked for a number of specialist recruitment businesses, with my entire recruitment career spent specialising in accounting and finance professionals. I have been lucky enough to partner with some of New Zealand largest businesses and place some of the most highly regarded leaders in the sector.
With over 16 years’ experience across UK, Australia and New Zealand, I have gained an understanding of far more than just the recruitment process when it comes to identifying and attracting the very best talent in New Zealand. We partner with clients needing support with org development, talent pooling, and growth projects. I believe we have the ability to make a fundamental difference for our clients and candidates.

Life Outside the Office
My family are the most important thing in the world to me, and my purpose in life. Having a young family certainly keeps us busy, but when time permits, I love enjoying some of Auckland’s best restaurants with my wife Roschelle. Weekends are filled with kids sports, waddling around a football pitch for the mighty Bay Olympic Cobras or hacking my way around a golf course.
